Abstract

The specification discloses a all-seasons-scooter. The scooter could be used on a loose or slippery ground, like ground covered with snow or ice by taking back the wheel system to make a snow-scooter. It is also used on the hard ground, like road, by putting down the wheel system to make a normal scooter. So that means this scooter could be used in all seasons. The changing operation is very easy which permit children to use that.
The all-seasons-scooter includes a main frame, a ski assembly including rear snow board and front ski directors, a wheel assembly including one or tow rear wheel with taking back device and a front wheel director with taking back device, a special anti-skid shoe-case when play in the snow or ice.

Description

All-seasons-scooter The present invention relates to a all-seasons-scooter. The scooter could be used on a loose or slippery ground, like ground covered with snow or ice by taking back a wheel system to make a snow-scooter. It is also used on the hard ground, like normal road, by putting down the wheel system to make a normal scooter. So that means this scooter could be used in all seasons. The changing operation is very easy, which permits children to use that.
A all-seasons-scooter of the present invention can change easily its function by hand according to the ground state. On a loose or slippery ground, like that covered with snow or ice, just take back the wheel system by hand to get a snow-scooter which has a pretty good sliding function on snow or ice. It is also very easy to change it back as a regular scooter by putting down the wheel systems to play it on the normal road. It can be used by adults and children.
Thus, one of the objects of the present invention is to provide a all-seasons-scooter including a ski assembly and a wheel system, whereby the scooter could be used on a loose or slippery ground, like that covered with snow or ice, and also could be used on a hard ground, like normal road.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a wheel system for a all-season-scooter in order to play on the normal road. The wheel system consist of one or tow rear wheels and a front wheel director. The rear wheel is installed on the rear snow board, and the front wheel director on the front support of main frame. All the wheels c:an be taken back by hand to make up a snow-scooter in the case necessary.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a ski assembly for a all-seasons-scooter.
The ski assembly includes a rear snow board, a front ski director and a anti-skid shoe-case.
The rear snow board is installed on a rear support of main frame and the front ski director is on the front support of main frame. Therefore the all-seasons-scooter could be changed as a snow-scooter, and be played on a loose or slippery ground with a good sliding function.

Another further object of the present invention is to provide a movable head assembly to the front ski director. The ski head could be lifted by this movable head assembly when the all-seasons-scooter is made up to a normal scooter, whereby the all-season-scooter could eliminate obstruct of the front ski head when playing on the normal road.
Further objects and advantages of this invention will be apparent from the following description and appended claims, reference being made to the accompanying drawings forming a part of the specification, wherein like reference characters designate corresponding parts shown in the several views.
Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of all-seasons-scooter.
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the all-seasons-scooter shown in fig. 1 Fig. 3 is an enlarged side elevation) view of the front ski director unit of Fig. 1.
Fig. 4 is an enlarged side elevation) view of the front wheel director unit of Fig. 1.
Fig. 5 is an enlarged elevation) view of the opposite side of fig 4.
Fig. 6 is an enlarged front elevation) view of the front wheel director show in figure 1.
Fig. 7 is elevational view of a anti-skid shoe-case.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawing, since the invention is capable of other embodiments and of being practised or carried out in various ways within the scope of the claims. Also, it is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
The all-seasons-scooter is called as such because it is designed for region having snow or ice during cold winter season and no snow or ice during other seasons.
Referring to Fig.l and 2, a all-seasons-scooter is shown, in which the ski assembly and the wheel system are mounted. This all-seasons-scooter comprises a main frame 1, a wheel system connected to the main frame 1, a ski assembly connected to the main frame 1.
This main frame includes handlebars 2, connect bottom A 3, a spring clip 4, a front ski support buffer spring 5, a front ski support 6 for a ski director 10, a rear snow board support 39.

The ski assembly includes a front ski director 10 mounted on a support 6 and a rear snow board mounted on a support 39. Referring to Fig. 3, a ski director 10 is shown. The ski director 10 comprises a pair of skis mounted on the front ski support 6 and fixed by a bolt 13 and spring 8, a ski head uniting the ski by two hinges 31 , a buffer spring 8, a device for taking back the ski head. This device includes tow support rod, upper rod 36 and lower rod 35, united by a hinge 33 and fixing ring 37. the one end of rod connects the ski head by a hinge 32 and other end connects the main frame 1 by a hinge 3~4. For the operation of taking back the ski head, just removing the fixing ring 37 and pulling up the upper rod 36 and fixing by spring clip 4.
The snow board can be pulled up by a bolt lever I S to loos a bolt 14 and fixed with connecting bottom 3 and bottom 19. In addition, the ski head could be taken back, so the all-seasons-scooter's volume can be reduced to minimum. Whereby it's easy to carry.
The wheel system includes a front wheel director 11 mounted on a support 9 and one or two rear wheel 20 mounded on rear blocking board 25 of rear snow board 16 by a support 21.
The rear wheel 20 can be taken back by loosing a bolt 17 and pulling up the axle 22 then fix them with bolt 17. The front wheel director 11 can be taken back by a spring system.
Referring to Fig. 4, 5, 6 where a front wheel director 11 is shown, The wheel director 11 comprises a front wheel mounted on the front support 9 that connects the ski support 6 by a axle 24, a spring system included a spring 38 and a moving bolt 7. To keep away the contact between the bolt 7 and the support 6, the front wheel 11 ca.n be taken back in the case necessary.
Referring to figure 7, a anti-skid shoe-case is shown, a shoe-case 26 consists of a anti-skid sole 30, a shoe fixing bond 28, a shoe-lace and a shoe-buckle. When the all-seasons-scooter is played like a snow-scooter, taking the anti-skid shoe-case can provide more the advance force for scooter.
When the all-seasons-scooter is used on a loose or slippery ground, like ground covered with snow or ice, just by taking back a front wheel director 11 and the rear wheel 20 to make a snow-scooter, then take the anti-skid shoe-case, you can enjoy it the winter.
When the all-seasons-scooter is used on a hard ground, like normal road, just putting down the front wheel 11 and rear wheel 20, then taking back the front ski head to make a normal scooter, then you can play like a normal scooter on road. All operations are very easy, so it can be used by adults and children.
