Abstract

L'invention concerne des inhibiteurs de protéinase comportant un domaine de Kunitz. Le domaine de Kunitz comporte une séquence de résidus d'acides aminés présentée dans SEQ ID NO:3, la séquence étant à 80 % au moins identique aux résidus 6 à 56 de SEQ ID NO:2. L'invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication des inhibiteurs de protéinase, et des vecteurs d'expression et des cellules cultivées qui sont utiles dans les procédés. Les inhibiteurs de protéinase peuvent être utilisés comme constituants de milieux de culture cellulaire, dans la purification de protéines et dans certaines applications thérapeutiques et diagnostiques.
