Abstract
L'invention concerne un bardage pouvant être stratifié, possédant une teneur basse en fibres, s'utilisant de façon appropriée dans l'industrie de la construction, en particulier, afin de fabriquer des panneaux isolants et composé d'un mat de fibres préformé à sec contenant un liant pour les fibres, de préférence, un mat de verre préformé, revêtu d'une composition rendue préalablement moussante et contenant un latex polymère thixotropique, une quantité d'entretien de la mousse consistant en un tensioactif et une quantité ignifuge et/ou de renforcement d'une charge minérale. Elle concerne également l'utilisation et le procédé de préparation de cette garniture, ainsi qu'un panneau de support de bardage ou panneau isolant dont le noyau en mousse de résine thermodurcissante est appliqué sur la surface dudit bardage, de manière à obtenir un produit vendu dans le commerce.
