Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé d'utilisation de cellules mammaliennes recouvertes d'une couche d'agarose ou plongées dans l'agarose et servant dans des dosages d'activation par transcription. Selon ce procédé, une réponse fonctionnelle peut être détectée à partir des cellules recouvertes d'une couche d'agarose ou plongées dans l'agarose. Pour la première fois, cette invention propose un format d'agarose destiné aux dosages rapporteurs basés sur des cellules mammaliennes, utiles dans le criblage à haut rendement.
