Abstract

A light fixture that is mountable to the ground having a light housing that contains a light source such as a bulb and a sensor that may be used to detect motion or otherwise control the operation of the light. The fixture also includes an anchor connected to the housing that affixes the fixture to the ground.
The device also includes an apron that prevents objects on the ground from obstructing the sensor.
