Abstract
Canules ou cathéters artériels et veineux qui comportent des moyens permettant la transillumination des tissus pour placer et surveiller le dispositif à l'intérieur d'un vaisseau sanguin pendant la durée d'une intervention chirurgicale, sans équipement d'imagerie onéreux ou rayonnements ionisants, et sans entraver ou compliquer ladite intervention. Dans certains modes de réalisation particuliers, le dispositif comprend un cathéter, ou canule, à un seul ballonnet, configuré avec des fibres optiques pour la transillumination des tissus, un cathéter, ou canule, à un seul ballonnet configuré avec des diodes électroluminescentes ou des diodes laser pour la transillumination des tissus, un cathéter, ou canule, à un seul ballonnet configuré avec des diodes électroluminescentes ou des diodes laser alimentées par pile pour la transillumination des tissus, un cathéter, ou canule, doté de deux valves externes sélectivement dilatables, configuré pour la transillumination des tissus, un cathéter aortique à un seul ballonnet déployé à l'intérieur de l'aorte d'un patient via un accès artériel périphérique, un cathéter aortique à double ballonnet pour la perfusion aortique sélective du système circulatoire d'un patient, un cathéter aortique à deux valves pour la perfusion aortique sélective, une canule de drainage veineux à double ballonnet et à deux passages pour le drainage veineux isolé de la veine cave supérieure et inférieure d'un patient et une canule de drainage veineux à deux étages et à un seul passage pour le drainage simultané de la veine cave supérieure et inférieure d'un patient. La présente invention concerne encore des moyens d'illumination supplémentaires qui peuvent être utilisés avec chacun des modes de réalisation des cathéters et canules, et parmi ces moyens, un dispositif de transillumination séparé sous forme d'un stylet ou fil de guidage qui peut être introduit dans un passage du cathéter ou de la canule.
