Abstract

L'invention concerne une couche ultra-absorbante discrète qui adhère à la surface inférieure d'une structure fibreuse absorbante par le truchement d'un liant polymère à base d'eau. Une telle configuration est avantageuse car elle permet d'élaborer un matériau ultra-absorbant en rouleaux, pour la fabrication ultérieure de produits absorbants jetables. L'utilisation d'un liant polymère à base d'eau évite que les particules ultra-absorbantes ne soient délogées de la structure durant la manipulation et le traitement.
