Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'identifier un ou plusieurs micro-organismes dans un fluide. Ce procédé met en oeuvre plusieurs opérations: (i) Prélèvement d'un échantillon de fluide contenant un échantillon de tous les micro-organismes présents. (ii) mise en culture éventuellement de l'échantillon s'il y a besoin d'augmenter le nombre de micro-organismes en vue d'une plage définie. (iii) Mesure des potentiels ? de tous les micro-organismes présents. (iv) Eventuellement rationalisation des mesures tirée de l'opération (iii) de façon à les ramener à des conditions standards. (v) Comparaison des potentiels ? mesurés avec un tableau de potentiels ? de micro-organismes connus afin de déterminer les éventuels micro-organismes connus présents dans le fluide.
