Description

The idea of this device is to carry plastic bags or other types of bags for ease of shopping ( 1 ) Keeps plastic bags from cutting into hands
(2) Keeps bags locked in place when handle is released ,keeping content within bags in trunk for transfer of groceries, etc.
(3) Carry one or more bags at a time ,depending on weight -Description of device This device is constructed of plastic (approx.) 4 inches long (approx.) 2 inches wide.
The loading tip of this device plays a big part of this invention. The tip pointing in a upward direction, is one half inch higher then the main part of the handle(showing in drawing ) , this makes it very easy to slip the handles of the shopping bags over the tip for loading. The front part of the handle is made round (showing in drawing) so that the shopping bags will easy find there way inside the device.
The tip showing in the drawing ,which is (approx.) 1 quarter round , has spring tension towards the main part of the handle .This spring tension in the plastic rod allows the shopping bag to slide through ,so the bags can be loaded onto the handle.
When the handle is released ,the tension of the tip towards the handle of the device, locks the handles of the shopping bags inside the device. Now the items such as (grocery etc.) inside the shopping bags are locked in ,because the handles of the shopping bags are locked inside the device.
The important point is this ,when the (person shopper ) picks up there grocery etc. they may load 4 or 5 bags on the handle, placing them in trunk of car, or car seat ,the handle stays on the shopping bags so that the items inside the shopping bags stay in tack, so they don't fall out on the drive home. Then the handle of the device is picked up by the (person shopper) with all shopping bags in tack, and taken into the house.
