Abstract
L'invention a trait à un procédé de production de dérivés de LH-RH représentés par la formule générale (3): pGlu-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-X-Leu-Arg-Pro-Y. Dans cette formule, X représente un acide aminé issu du groupe constitué par des acides aminés-D, tels que D-Leu, D-Ser (But), D-Trp et (2-naphtyl)-D-Ala et Gly, Y représente Gly-NH¿2?, Azgly(azaglycine)-NH¿2? ou NHR?2¿, R?2¿ représentant un alkyle de faible poids moléculaire. Ce procédé se caractérise par la réaction d'un fragment peptidique représenté par la formule générale (1): pGlu-His-Trp-OR?1¿, dans laquelle R?1¿ représente un alkyle de faible poids moléculaire, avec un autre fragment peptidique représenté par la formule générale (2): H-Ser-Tyr-X-Leu-Arg-Pro-Y, cette réaction ayant lieu en présence de chymotrypsine ou d'une enzyme du type chymotrypsine. Ce procédé, qui se révèle des plus utile au plan industriel dans la mesure où les dérivés de LH-RH peuvent être aisément séparés et purifiés et ce, avec un rendement élevé, sans que ne se produise de réaction secondaire telle qu'une racémisation, permet également de récupérer les fragments peptidiques n'ayant pas réagi et de les réutiliser.
