Description
DESCRIPTION OF MACHINE
This is an exercising machine with numerous uses.
The Aluminium Machine is 10 feet long, l7inches high and 28 inches at the end base. It is easily dismantled for storage. (see photograph No. l ) The two end units are connected by 2 inch and 2 1/2 inch alominum pipes (see blueprint drawing No.4 on page 3 and drawing No.3 on page 2) The 1 inch rope is 16 feet long and is attached to an adjustable webbing that can be changed from 6 feet to 8 feet for tension control by tightening or lossening the buckle.
(see drawing No.3 on page 2 and picture No. 2) The four, rollers hold the rope in place, when thight it may be used for balancing and walking, when the tension is loose it may be used for abdominal and muscle exercising and for aiding circulation.
The two top rollers are 3 inches and the two bottom rollers are 2 inches, all rollers are made of wood.

ROPE DANCING
1. This machine is a whole body balancing exerciser. It has adjustable tension.

ROPE DANCING

2. The Rope Dancing maching may also be used as a massager for feet.
3. It improves and stimulates mental concentration.
4. The rope may be adjusted to tight or slack positions for different exercises, when slack it may be used for abdominal exercises to use swimming and stretching motions and promote better circulation.
