Abstract
Hermetic sealer made by a round platform (1) with a lowered and thin extremity (2) so as to make it possible to be introduced in openings of cans, boxes or plastic pots, drink and food containers, whereby the other extremity is a little higher (3 and 4) such that the bottom part (4) will be inside the opening, and having a rim that extends from the upper part (3) supported from outside the hole. A fixation support cable (5) followed by a hollowed cone (6) and a toothed plastic tie (7) formed integrally with the rim allows the sealer to be hung onto the ring of the seal of the container of the drink or food.
Description
HERMETIC SEALER
The present patent is aimed at a subject of a utility model which belongs to the field of industrial accessories to be used not only in extractive food/nutritious industry, as well as in domestic use.
It S has been given an original, unique building disposition, so as to make it possible the sealing of food and drink container.
It is important to note that containers that contain liquid or semi-liquid drinks, as well as soft drinks, juices, beers, tomato extracts, condensed milk and similar products, may have its p composition altered in the sense of loosing its ebullience and flavor if opened and not consumed in due time or in case its is transfered to another container.
Hermetic Sealers which could be applied on a hole originally cut in the tin, box or plastic pot, which could maintain the same level of quality after any opening of the containers is not known to have existed. It would prevent any type of contamination such as dirt, dust or insect as well as would maintain its full value in terms of nutritional, ethylic, or gaseous in hygienic conditions.
It is made of an oval or semi- spherical rim, which is fit into the hole of the tin, box or plastic pot, that is produced in the 7U original tin lid by the act of opening the object, according to the especifications of each producer of these containers.
This way of protection of industrialised liquids or semi-liquids solves the the inconveniences found in comercialized food for immediate consumption.
Having these inconveniences in mind and aiming at finding a better way to deal with them, we devised the design of the Hermetic Sealer, which is the object of the present patent ,which is going to be developed in plastic matter or adequate rubber. rubber and metal, plastic and metal, resins, and silicon, to be in contact with food provide that all material are non-poisonous and biodegradable.
On the other hand, as for its use, the model is so simplified and hygienic an easy to use, that it can be attached to the container of the food or drink by a plastic strand linked to the loop of the ring ,after being wrapped in transparent protective plastic.
The objectives and advantages of the present way of usage, can be more easily understood in the following description when read with the attached design, in which:
Picture 1 represents a perspective view of the Hermetic Sealer, where you can find the present model disposition, showing its general aspect, as well as, a lateral cut of the object so as to better show what it is made for.
1 S Picture 2 shows the frontal view of the superior part of the tin, with the holed completely closed, sealed, having the Hermetic Sealer, protected by a plastic bag, hung by a plastic serrated strand that works as a support of the removal of the cut lid of the tin.
Picture 3 shows the superior view of the drink ZO tin with the open hole just before the use of the device so as to preserve its content.
Picture 4 shows the upper part of a tin which has already been open and the original seal has been completely removed.
The Hermetic Sealer has been introduced in the hole as a substitute of the original seal, it has been adequately adjusted so as to protect the remaining liquid in the tin.

The Hermetic Sealer has been introduced in the hole as a substitute of the original seal, it has been adequately adjusted so as to protect the remaining liquid in the tin.
The Hermetic Sealer as the drawings show can be adapted to any size and model, as well as various materials and formats, clarifying that the chosen material must have great malleability and resistance such as rubber, plastic, resins and silicon.
According to what the picture shows in this descriptive report, the Hermetic Sealer pictures 1 of 4, subject of this patent, is the a model which has a superior part or superior round lowered platform ( 1 ), finishing in a chamfered way like a knife (2), this extremity must fit into the hole made by the opening of the original seal.
1 p The bottom of the round platform (4) in the other lateral extremity ( 3and 4) is more prominent, with a little rim (3), that has to be outside the hole so as to seal it completely.
The cable 5 is a whole piece linked to the body of the platform( 1 ) lengthed, as a sequence it has a plastic strand that will '~ ~ work as a seal('n of the Hermetic Sealer making it possible to hang it in the tin ring, or box or plastic pot.
The Sealer can be made to fit any size, material of anv malleability possible to a given model as well as in any colour and any finishing.
