Abstract
Description
The invention relates to opening containers with drinks and may be used in the household.
In recent years, imported alcohol and soft drinks, packaged and sealed in cans of iron and aluminum, have been supplied to the Russian market in large quantities.
The packing of the packaged can is carried out in a known manner by rolling, in which the sealing element (assembly) is a rolling lock connecting the flanged neck of the can body with the flanged prepared lid.
This method of capping is a non-separable option for installing the lid, and the contents of the can (beer, drink, etc.) are removed through the drain hole formed in the lid by extruding the inside of the can of the lid of this opening along a predetermined contour. Banks themselves, which are products made at a high technical and aesthetic level, have a certain consumer value, even after the product they contain is used. Banks without violating the form and integrity can receive further useful use for various applications, if you bring them to a state where such use will be possible. And in order to get this opportunity, it is necessary to remove the lid from the neck of the can body in a way that preserves the shape and integrity of the can, giving it, at the same time, consumer value, like a new, different product (for example, a glass, can, application it instead of pots for flowers and seedlings and many other purposes). However, a method that allows you to remove the lids from these cans, ensuring the shape and integrity of the cans, is not proposed, which was an obstacle to the possibility of further use of cans, but for other purposes.
The objective of the proposed method is the ability to remove the lid without violating the shape and integrity of the banks.
The problem is solved in that in order to remove the
In FIG. 1 shows an empty can (general view); in FIG. 2 the same can after sawing along the outer diameter d of the cover of the folds of the sealing lock to the plane A-A, corresponding to the formation of an annular slot between the cover and the part of the sealing lock remaining on the neck of the can body, general view: in FIG. 3 is a view along arrow B in FIG. 2; in FIG. 4, the lid is removed from the neck of the can body after the formation of an annular slot between the lid and the part of the closing lock remaining on the neck of the can body.
Lightness, attractiveness, elegance, high-quality material (metal) that meets many consumer and environmental properties, of which cans are made and much more, allows us to hope that the cans returned from "nonexistence" will find a new long life and, as new products, will serve the good to people.
