Avantageusement ladite couche de colle est suffisamment épaisse pour 4 BEST WAY TO IMPLEMENT THE INVENTION
In the embodiment shown in the appended figures, the component electric 1 includes an electrically insulating plate 2 made of ceramic bearing on one of its faces (vair figure 3) a resistive track and / or conductive 4 screen printed. The other side of this ceramic plate 2 is in contact with a metal plate 3 (see Figure 1) intended to be heated or whose temperature we want to measure.
The resistive and / or conductive track 4 has at least one end metallized 5 (two in the example of figure 3), to establish a connection electric with a conductive wire 6.
According to the invention, the conductive wire 6 is welded to the end metallized 5. Furthermore, the ceramic plate 2 is entirely covered by a metal cover 8 whose peripheral edges 8b surround the plate 2 and are tightly fixed to the metal plate using resin or glue. On the other hand, the side wall 8a of the cover 8 has at least one opening 9 (see Figures 2 and 4) for the passage of the or conducting wires 6, said opening or openings being closed by a resin sealing.
We see in Figure 1 that the cover 8 has a rectangular shape whose side faces 8a have a height greater than the thickness of the ceramic plate 2, so as to leave a space e between the track resistive and / or screen-printed conductor 4 and the upper wall of the cover 8.
On the other hand, in the example shown in Figures 2 and 4, the wire driver 6 soldered on the metallized end 5 is covered by an adhesive 10, for example at epoxy resin base.
Preferably, the metallized end (s) 5 are metallized by means a layer of silver.
According to an advantageous arrangement of the invention, not shown in the figures, the ceramic plate 2 is bonded to the metal plate 3 by means of a layer of glue.
* rB
According to a preferred version of the invention, the aforementioned adhesive layer overflows at the periphery of the ceramic plate 2 so as to simultaneously ensure bonding the peripheral edges 8b of the cover 8 to the metal plate 3.
Advantageously, said layer of adhesive is sufficiently thick to
According to another preferred version of the invention, as shown in the Figures 1 and 2, the space e located between the upper wall of the cover 8 and the track resistive and / or conductive 4 is filled with a resin 11. This resin 11 itself secures the cover 8 on the metal plate 3 and the obturation of the opening or openings 9 for the passage of the conducting wire or wires
6.
As shown in Figure 2 a resin layer 11 is present between the peripheral edge 8b of the cover 8 as well as between the ceramic plate 2 and the side faces 8a of the cover 8. As a variant, the resin 11 covers the ceramic plate 2 but does not completely fill the space e.
According to an advantageous variant, not shown in the figures, the resin 11 also covers the conductive wire 6 welded to the metal end 5.
In a simplified embodiment, no resin is poured into space e, and ie peripheral edge 8b of cover 8 is simply glued by means of a resin on the plate 3.
Preferably, the metal plate 3 is made of aluminum.
In the example of Figure 1, the metal plate 3 is part of the sole heating with a steam iron.
This heated sole consists of a molded element 12 made of aluminum in which a tubular electrical resistance is coated (not shown) of heating.
To this molded element 12 is fixed a cap constituted by the plate 3 in aluminum.
A cavity 13 is formed between the element 12 and the plate 3.
The electrical component 1 described above fixed to the plate 3 is located in fa * rB
cavity 13.
The resistive and / or conductive track 4 screen printed on the plate in ceramic 2 can be used to heat a specific area of the cap the soleplate of the iron.
In another application, this resistive and / or conductive track 4 can to be used to accurately measure the temperature of the cover 3.
In this application, we transform the variation of the resistance of the track resistive and / or conductive 4, for example by means of a Wheastone bridge, into an electrical signal which is converted into temperature units.
The tests have shown that the electrical component 1 which has just been described withstood the various thermal stresses remarkably well, electrical and mechanical to which steam irons are subjected.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the example which has just been to describe and we can make many changes to it without leaving the frame of the invention. For example, the cover may have a shape that is not parallelepiped.

The invention finds its application in the technical field of devices steam appliances and in particular steam irons.
