Abstract

Méthode pour transmettre des données secondaires (63) via une liaison (44, 45, 46) qui transmet des blocs de données primaires (57) en un flux de données entre une station émettrice (43, 47, 52) et une station réceptrice (43, 47, 52). Les données secondaires (63) sont mises en forme selon un protocole différent de celui utilisé pour les données primaires et sont insérées entre les blocs de données primaires. A la station réceptrice (43, 47, 52) les données secondaires sont extraites et le flux de données est rétabli dans sa forme originale. Le dispositif permettant d'appliquer cette methode se compose d'accès pour interfaces (70, 71) et d'une première interface d'entrée/sortie (73) interconnectée via un commutateur d'interconnexion (72). Une UC (74) fournit à la première interface d'entrée/sortie les données secondaire devant être insérées entre les blocs de données primaires et acheminées via le commutateur d'interconnexion (72) à un accès d'interface (70, 71). Un moyen contrôleur de séquences (75) surveille l'UC et veille à ce que le commutateur d'interconnexion (72) réalise une connexion directe entre les accès d'interface (70, 71) lorsque l'UC est inactive.
