Abstract

La présente invention concerne un mélangeur pour diluant (L1) et pâte à papier (L2) débités par le caisson de distribution (J1) d'une machine à papier ou carton. Ce mélangeur se compose de tubes d'amenée de diluant (D1, D2...) apportant le diluant (L1) au point désiré selon la largeur du caisson de distribution de la machine à papier ou carton de façon à obtenir le grammage souhaité pour la bande de papier ou de carton. L'extrémité débitrice des tubes d'amenée de diluant (D1, D2...) va en se rétrécissant. Des tubes secondaires (E1.1, E1.2...; E2.1, E2.2...) partant des extrémités rétrécies conduisent le diluant dans des tubulures (11, G) dans lesquelles le diluant se mélange à la pâte à papier (L2) débitée par le caisson de distribution (J1).
