Abstract
L'invention porte sur le recueil et l'analyse de signaux d'ECG en vue de la détection et de la quantification non invasives de la présence de motifs anormaux de conduction cardiaque chez des patients présentant un risque de maladie cardiaque. Les signaux des électrodes orthogonales de surface (X, Y et Z) amplifiés (44, 36, 48), puis numérisés (40), puis stockés en vue d'une utilisation ultérieure ou traités immédiatement. Les battements entrants, à déclenchement par l'onde R, sont mis en concordance et moyennés ensemble pour les patients atteints de pathologies ventriculaires, et ceux à déclenchement par l'onde P, sont mis en concordance et moyennées ensemble pour les patients atteints de pathologies auriculaires. Les entrées et sorties QRS et de l'onde P sont respectivement calculées pour des applications ventriculaires et auriculaires de post analyse. La transformée de Fourier fenêtrée de la dérivée seconde (accélération) du signal moyenné de l'ECG est calculée pour les zones d'intérêt de chaque conducteur. Un indice de variation du spectre obtenu à partir du "spectre d'accélération" pour chacun des conducteurs sert à quantifier le degré de fragmentation du spectre à l'intérieur d'une largeur de bande préspécifiée.
