Abstract
New components, equipment, ideas and related solutions to produce extra energy in said combustion engines wherein:
1- A reverse turbo-charger design is introduced to the TER system with the wheel design producing an expansion pressure ratio of P2/P1 between 2 and 4.
2- The reduction of the high speed rpm of the turbine-expander (down to engine speeds of around 2000 rpm) by using two compact gear reducers in series (as one unit) and producing a speed reduction factor of 40 to 70.
3- The controls of such a TER system via a micro-processor that uses a valve controlled on the liquid side and not the vapour side, thus leading to a more compact and smaller valve unit which can easily be retrofitted into the TER circuit.

Description
Specification Thus, in attached Drawing C-97-1013, the evaporator in question is shown with its controls.
The gear reducer in question is shown attached to the engine power train in Drawings C-97-1001 and C -97-1010.
The main control valve TEX to be designed, based on the liquid side, is shown in Drawing C-97-1013.
These components, as defined, will achieve the advantages and gains of these inventions.

Claims (4)
1- A reverse turbo-charger design is introduced to the TER system with the wheel design-producing an expansion pressure ratio of P2/P1 between 2 and 4.
2- The reduction of the high speed rpm of the turbine-expander (down to engine speeds of around 2000 rpm) by using a combination of gear reducers and pulley systems (as one unit) and producing a speed reduction factor of between 40 to 1 and 70 to 1.
3- The controls of such a TER system via a microprocessor that uses a valve controlling the liquid side and not the vapour side, thus leading to a more compact and smaller valve unit which can easily be retrofitted into the TER
circuit.
circuit.
4- The TER system can convert waste heat energy recovered from engine coolant and/or exhaust gases into either mechanical or electrical output, using speed reduction equipment as and if necessary.
