Abstract

- Procédé (de type WAG) de récupération assistée d'huile dans un gisement souterrain par des injections sous pression, par un ou plusieurs puits, alternativement de bouchons de fluides et de bouchons de gaz et la récupération, par un ou plusieurs puits de production, de fluides pétroliers déplacés parle fluide mouillant et les gaz injectés.

- Le procédé comporte essentiellement la dissolution d'un gaz sous pression dans le liquide de certains bouchons et, après l'injection, le relâchement de la pression régnant dans le gisement, de manière à générer des bulles de gaz par nucléation dans les plus petits, ce qui a pour effet de chasser l'huile des zones moins perméables vers les zones plus perméables (avec de gros pores ou présentant des fissures) où l'huile est balayée par les bouchons de gaz injectés ultérieurement. La mise en oeuvre du procédé
augmente de façon considérable le taux de récupération d'huile que l'on atteint habituellement avec les procédés de type WAG.
