Abstract
The invention concerns an electro-hydraulic vehicle with energy regeneration comprising a battery (61) supplying power to an electric motor (60), said electric motor (60) operating in the driving phases at its nominal speed for driving at a constant speed a hydraulic pump with variable displacement (4) which is connected in close circuit by channels to at least one hydraulic engine with variable displacement (3), whose volumetric displacement is actuated and controlled within a limited range;
said hydraulic engine (3) indirectly driving one or several wheels of the vehicle (11 to 14). The invention is characterised in that the pump with variable displacement is controlled and managed by a control circuit, controlling and managing (9) the inclination of the control disc of the variable displacement of the hydraulic pump (4), said control and management circuit of the inclination of the control disc of the variable displacement of the pump receiving an information representing the fluid pressure between the pump and the hydraulic engine and an information representing either the power delivered by the battery to the electric motor during the driving phases or the power generated by the electric motor during the braking or slowing down phases and uses these data for correcting the signal controlling the angle of the disc based on the reference limit value for varying the displacement within the range limited by the maximum displacement and a minimum non null displacement.
