Abstract

Le protecteur auriculaire (10) de la présente invention contient une mousse (12) et au moins un composant poreux (14) qui est mécaniquement assemblé à ladite mousse (12). L'assemblage mécanique du composant poreux (14) se produit au cours de la fabrication lorsque l'on place ce composant poreux (14) dans une cavité de moule comme un insert, et que l'on forme une mousse (12) à l'intérieur du moule de façon à permettre une pénétration maîtrisée du composant poreux au cours de la formation de la mousse. Il est important que l'air piégé dans la cavité fermée puisse traverser le composant poreux pendant le processus de fabrication, ce qui permet audit composant poreux de jouer le rôle d'organe d'aération du moule.
