Abstract

Cette invention est un mélange pulvérulent mélangé comprenant une résine thermodurcissable et un agent de couplage organosilane solide, non hydrolisé, fonctionnel, de faible poids moléculaire. Le mélange pulvérulent peut être utilisé pour former un revêtement composite destiné à protéger un substrat en acide contre la corrosion. Le revêtement composite est formé par revêtement du substrat avec une couche inorganique telle qu'un silicate, dépôt du mélange pulvérulent sur la couche inorganique, chauffage du substrat à une température au moins égale à la température de durcissement de la résine, et maintien du substrat à la température de durcissement pendant suffisamment de temps pour réticuler la résine et diffuser l'organosilane dans le substrat, de manière que la couche réticulée soit couplée à la couche inorganique par l'organosilane. Le mélange pulvérulent comprend 0,01 à 10 % en poids d'organosilane ayant un point de fusion non supérieur à la température de durcissement de la résine. Les résines thermodurcissables préférées sont l'époxy, le polyester, l'époxy-polyester, l'acrylique, l'acrylique-uréthane ou le fluorovinyle.
