Abstract

Appareil pour détecter la position de l'orifice de blocage latéral d'un clou intramédullaire. Ledit appareil comprend un dispositif de ciblage, un bloc à coulisse fixé au levier de support du dispositif, et une sonde à ultrason fixée à l'extrémité inférieure du levier. Le procédé de détection consiste à envoyer et à recevoir des ondes ultrasonores au moyen d'un émetteur et d'un récepteur combinés de la sonde à ultrason et à déplacer simultanément le bloc à coulisse avec une vis dans un sens perpendiculaire à l'axe du clou, ce qui permet de détecter la position de l'orifice en fonction de la hauteur de l'écho ultrasonore.
