Abstract

On a cloné des gènes codant des protéines de Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.tb) sous la forme de vecteurs d'expression eucaryotique en vue d'exprimer les protéines codées dans un certain nombre de cellules musculaires de mammifères in vivo.
