Abstract

Amplificateur linéaire à faible bruit et oscillateur hyperfréquence commandé en tension construit à partir dudit amplificateur. Chaque amplificateur de l'oscillateur utilise une configuration de transistor à rapport pour générer une sortie linéaire sur une large gamme d'entrée.
