Abstract
SCRAPER BASKET FOR DOUGH-MAKING EQUIPMENT
Abstract "Dough-making machines and mixers are not presently equipped with baskets or other units to house and store scraping devices used by bakers to remove and clean dough from mixing bowls. This invention is designed and made to attach to dough-making machines and mixers for the purpose of holding scraping devices.
The method of attachment to the Dough-making machine or mixer is either by a metal strap or by a bolt and nut mechanism."

Description
Specification "Brielly, this invention relates to the attachment of a metal basket to a Dough-making machine or r.lixer for the purpose of housing and storing various scrapers used for the removal and cleaning of dough from mixing bowls.
At present, Dough-m~king machines and mixers do not have a facility or attachment used for the purpose of housing and storing scraping devices for the removal and cleaning of dough from mixing bowls. At present, scraping devices are placed in various areas of a baking kitchen and are most dimcult to find andutilize when required for the purposes of removing or cleaning dough from a mixing bowl. I have found that this disadvantage may be overcome by attaching a metal basket to the outside of the Dough-making machine or mixer. Such a basket permits the housing and storage of various scrapers, making them readily accessible when required to remove or clean dough from mixing bowls.
The basket measures 6 inches in length, 4 inches in width and 4 inches in height. -The basket is made of stainless steel rods, welded and spaced in such a fashion so as to permit the retention Or various scrapers and, at the same time, facilitate the easy cleaning of the basket. The basket contains a mechanism whereby the basket may be suspended from the dough--nak;rl~ machine by a suspension strap or, may be attached with nuts and bolts."
