Abstract

The new invention is a novel development of transferring the motion between wheels by means of arms to transfer motion between them, and a torque wheel which is like a lever arm so that the revolutions per minute (rpm) remain as they are, but with a great increase in the torque, which will be multiplied by the ratio of lengths between the circumference of the wheel and the distance to the pivot point (shaft). The increase in the torque and the same rpmwill reduce fuel requirements, thus saving expense and avoiding excess pollution.
It will also be possible to use the excess energy in various fields by the feed back or transforming it to other forms.

Description

-TffE NE~fV WAY TO INCREASE ' Y~ TORQI

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
1) Field of the invention:
'lrhe new irlYention relates to th~ manner of transferring mechanical motion between the gears, and at the same time increasing the torque to accomplish the w~rk ~ 1 by ulili~ ,, the energy in the best possible way.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART:

1) rrese~ y t'l-le Illech;~îîi~-al motion needs an ;n~rease in t'~le tv-l q-~ anu this is usually done by the induction of motion to a gears box, the result being a reduction in speed ( rpm)~ This is because of the manner in ~hich the gears work where by a small gear spins a large gear therçby increasing the torque at the expense of reducing the speed rpm ( see fig.4b). This wil~ e,ntail the use of more fuel ~nd energy to achieve the motion required Automobiles and other engines ~hich use gears boxes are examples. This method wastes energy.
2) The use of the le,vers is advantageous in increasing the lifting cap~
as happens in jack lifting and other lifting machinery by inel~easing thç torquçIt is also cost ~ liv~ and comparatively easy to install.
The out put of the use of levers is a sizable increase in me torque as shown in fig.4a.

S-~J~ARY QF INVENTIONe The main idea of' the new invention is to increase the torque by the transmitted motion between wheels through a new way by ~ lin~ a torque wheel which works li~e a lever arm or by the arms (bars)between the wheels. The motion is tran~ d by a shaft to a large wheel, and from a large wheel to the torque wheel by the driving arms (bars~ and from the torque wheel to th~ driven wheel ( small wheel) by other driving arms (bars) which are the only connecting or joining points between them, and from the driven wheel to the second stage wim a larger torque with the same rpm. When the motion comes to the dri~ing wheel in this stage and because this wheel is connected with the same si~e wheelby arms and disco~ e~h~ to t~le sanle shaft, there~re ~ ~ct a hu~ ~ U~
equal to the llistan~e between the shaft and the arms which ~re lo~t~d ~n t.he u...r~ ce. Depending on thç design, we can put more torque wl~ecls to get more torque. This will be beneficial if more torque is required.

There is 2nof~ h~ whi~h ~llow~ the driving arm to go mrough the driven wheel, to drive it. The driving arm connects the driven wheel to the torque wheel. Also fhere ~ no ~tt~ehment between the torque wheel and the driving wheel except by the dri~ing arm.

2l89695 -l)~TAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS:

The new invention makes it possible for thç bes~ ut~i~ahon of filel and energy to i~ se the torque l~y the ~I.~cls bo~. When the motion comes from the input by fhe shaft to the driving wheel ( W1) it Will spin the wheel, and th~
motion will be transferred by the driving arm ( M1~ to the torque wheel ~ W2) w}~h i~ free ~n the shaft.

T~ mot1~ ~u~ to ~h~ forqu~ ~l~el ( ~2~ form the arms (M1) whi~h drives it fr~m a far end of its center.

1 ne ul ivi~l~, ~rnL~ ~ l'vI23 ~re -rlot ~r away from the pivot pOil~t ( the cent~r Qf the wheel). This means that the motion has more torque equaling the difference between the distance from me arms ( Ml) to the pivot point (center offh~ wh~el~7 and frum the driv~ng arms ( M2) to the pivot point (center of the wheel). Then the motion is transferred to the driven wheel ( W3) with more torque and from the driven wheel by a shaft to the wheel (W4) in the second stage, and to wheel (W~) then to the output by the output shaft which is connected fo th~ wh~el ~W5). We will be able to get more torque if we put more torquç wheçl~ or if w~ put ~ lar~er dri~inff wh~l. Th~ -ine~ si~l~, to- q-u~ wi~result in excessive ~mounts of energy which could be ~L~ed in vari~ s we~yse 2t 89695 d~ us;l~ ~xi 1~ In~rea~e of the torque's ma~nitude by many times.
2) Simplicity in manufacture and lower çost of material.
3) Le~ e oi fuel and energy and reduction of expense thereon.
4~ pullufiun ~ fhe en~-ironment and people.
~ ) Better use of the resulting excessive energy by the feed back or by transforn~ng the excessive energy to other forms.
6) The small size of the wLeels bo~ enables us to use it any where.
rr-e new inventiun~ ~s }utherto e~plained, enables us to increasç thç rpm before it enters the wheels box, and to get a huge increase in the torque by thetra~ d motion b~ the ..ll~el~ by adding the torque whçel ~-hich a lever arnL

Claims (6)

1. A wheels box suitable for transferring the motion with more torque and with the same rpm. The motion will be transferred from the input by a shaft to the driving wheel. Then the driving wheel transfers the motion to the torque wheel by its driving arms. As a result of the torque wheel driving arm's place, which is not far from the pivot point (the center of the wheel), it will transfer the motion and spin the driven wheel by its driving arms with more torque. The driven wheel will transfer the motion to the second stage by a shaft, then the shaft spins the driving wheel and this driving wheel transfers the motion to thetorque wheel by arms which are connected between them on the circumference.
This movement will be transferred by the output shaft with a huge torque.
2) The system of claim (1), the torque wheel is very important to increase the torque which works like a lever arm which is free on the shaft (thefirs torque wheel). The second torque wheel is connected to the output shaft.
3) The system of claim (2) where the driving arms are used to transfer the motion between the wheels to get the same rpm with the increased torque and a stronger way than the movements of the gears.
4) The system of claim (3) where the first torque wheel is free on its shaft, whereas other torque wheels are connected to their output shafts, means that we are able to get a huge torque depending on the design to transfer the motion
5) the new way to increase the torque when we put the arms (bars) between two wheels to transfer the motion depends on the theory of the lever arm which uses the wheel as a lever arm. Which means that any different design built on this idea will have the same benefit.
6) The system of claim (1) where we are able to make the feed back by using the mechanical movement or transform the mechanical movement into other forms of energy.
