Abstract

Une attelle dynamique présente une unité de tension dynamique bidirectionnelle (348), à ressort de torsion, fixée entre une première et une seconde entretoises (308, 388) afin de délivrer de façon sélective une force s'opposant soit à une extension soit à une flexion. L'unité de tension (348) est montée rotative entre deux positions autour d'un support de pivot (34). Dans la première position, l'unité de tension est bloquée par rapport à la première entretoise (308) et le ressort de torsion s'oppose à un mouvement relatif de la seconde entretoise (388) dans une première direction. Dans la seconde position, l'unité de tension (348) est bloquée par rapport à la seconde entretoise (388). Dans cette seconde position, l'unité de tension (348) s'oppose au mouvement de la première entretoise (308) par rapport à la seconde entretoise (388), fournissant une torsion dans la direction opposée à celle de la première position. Des plaques profilées à auto-alignement (334), placées sur les entretoises, s'adaptent à l'anatomie de l'utilisateur et assure une liaison de forme mécanique avec la proéminence osseuse des membres du patient.
