Abstract

Un dispositif de dosage et un procédé associé permettent de déterminer la présence d'un analyte dans un échantillon tout en permettant d'identifier le sujet soumis au test. Un dispositif de dosage (110) autonome comprend un boîtier (111) pourvu d'une première partie (111a) et d'une seconde partie (111b). Un milieu de réaction (114) est placé dans la première partie (111a) et disposé sur une base (112). La base (112) comprend un support poreux qui peut être adjacent au milieu de réaction (114) lequel comprend au moins une zone de réaction (120) ainsi qu'une zone témoin (116). Un milieu (126) contenant un agent émettant un signal est placé dans la seconde partie du boîtier (111b) et disposé sur une base (128). Le dispositif comprend également un corps cylindrique (140) présentant une extrémité ouverte (140a) et une extrémité fermée (140b) sur laquelle est disposé un milieu (185) servant à contenir une partie d'un échantillon de test et à la tranférer vers le milieu de réaction (114).
