Abstract
Question d'harmonie la partie extérieur des volets se prolonge sur l'arrière et longe les courbes de rétractage d'airThe disclosed wind turbine consists of a vertical axis rotor with two monolithic and complementary fins. The whole is assembled in a single pivoting movable part. The axis is carried and held in balance on ball bearings placed at the top and bottom ends. Each palm includes a barrel on which are placed; a ridge at the upper end and a ridge at the lower end. The top ridge is more prominent and in this sense it has small side flaps. The ridges are simply used to harmonize by increasing friction to reduce armature resistance. At the base of each of the four ridges, there are large transparent shutters arranged in progressive jets towards the front, placed on the periphery of the ridge except at the rear. Shutters which combined with each other from top to bottom generate, during the movement, a depression on the sides of the barrel facilitating its passage in width. A question of harmony, the exterior part of the shutters extends to the rear and follows the air shrinkage curves

Claims (22)
1. A wind turbine comprising:
- a vertical bearing axis, spaced pal from the support arms, two monolithic palms and complementary to each other. Fins which each has two crests placed one above and one below the blades and different since the top one is protruding and advanced and the other, rounded and moved back as slumped. And for each of them is on edges at the base bordering the ridge a translucent surface arranged along its edges jetty progressing forward.
- An elongated bole constituting the body of the palm made of a wedge of propulsion and two tip-shaped attack surfaces one inside and the other exterior and whose propulsion enclaves also have a function of complementary reflection from one barrel to another as the attack surfaces have also a way of feigning light by a reflection that diverges the light beams - Barrel which inside has air columns; a short outgoing upward outside in the rear part of a ridge and a long column coming out on the bottom exterior in the rear part of its respective crest. Columns air whose source, through several orifices, is the surf on the attack face interior which is concave.
- From the translucent surface, extend on the outside, come along this one, the air shrinkage curves, also four in number. Those of top being of identical and small forms compared to those of the bottom asymmetric in their forms and whose two horizontal surfaces are opaque neutral in below but mirror above.
- To this rotor that are the vertical axis and the two palms is grafted the dynamic stator made by the horizontal blinds half encircling the rotor:
Horizontal blinds which are increasing in size upwards except for the three penultimate bottom which are the same size and the smallest of all even from the bottom bottom! The horizontal blinds are made of an interior circular sector and an elliptical sector (major axis) with variable scale. Finally this rotor vertical and this dynamic stator shares the balance on a completely support static and neutral made of two steel pillars, each carrying their concrete base.
Pillars which are separated in two near the pivoting axis and horizontal blinds pipes which over their entire length are interconnected by smaller pipes. These two separate uprights are joined to each other by long spans of forms triangular; centered one above the pivot axis with a short scalene triangle and the other below the long right triangle axis. All along the big ones pipes the segments of lines forming the triangle are the links by small pipes drawing, for the most part, sinusoidal curves which reinforce the horizontal span. In short, a very neutral support that will not hinder at any time the gyratory movement of the device.
4. A wind turbine according to claim 1 characterized in that the two ridges at the bottom of each barrel are rounded in shape with even a crucible at the rear and are as far back and slumped and they serve, in their position to harmonize the movement of the fins.
scalène ou haut et rectangle long au bas dont chaque groupe de trois long tuyauxsont aussi inter-relier périodiquement sur tout leur long par de plus petits tuyaux. 8. A wind turbine according to claim 1 characterized in that its support structure provides as little wind resistance as possible and also holds the horizontal blinds fixed against the vertical axis. This structure is made on each side, two uprights interconnect periodically by more small pipes over their entire vertical length and two spans horizontal fixed inside the uprights and located; one above and the other below the vertical axis. Spans with triangular base respectively;
scalene or top and long rectangle at the bottom of which each group of three long pipes are also periodically interconnected along their entire length by smaller pipes.
9. A wind turbine according to claim 1 characterized in that:
each fin has an air shrinkage curve at the corner bottom exterior. These two together make the whole apparatus recognize the outside and this, due to the asymmetric relationships of their own forms:
for one long and slender the other is short and raised as recessed.
10. A wind turbine according to claim 1 characterized in that:
each fin has an air shrinkage curve at the corner outside from the top they are identical in shape and all translucent and serve as their name suggests to retract the air once used otherwise the movement would simply be turbulent!
Question de magnitude! 11. A wind turbine according to claim 1 characterized in that it is clear of the ground at least once its height under itself.
Question of magnitude!
monochrome. 13. A wind turbine according to claim 2 characterized in that bright and warm colors densely line the bottom of the slopes of propulsion to give a focus of bright reflected light. The entire surface of the arch is reflective and the center is pigmented monochrome.
14. A wind turbine according to claim 2 characterized in that a relief embedding mosaic in matt and cool colors on the attack surfaces interior and exterior and covered with a smooth, semi-translucent wall.
This kind of surface pretends to reflect light beams diverying.
18. A wind turbine according to claim 12 characterized in that two rectangular trapezoidal concrete bases are buried in the ground and used to carry, by the pillars, the whole apparatus in balance. They are connecting one to the other through the ground separating them by an electric cable which serves to neutralize their charges.
22. A wind turbine according to claim 21 characterized in that these groups of devices are used on the surface of the globe in spherical rings determine as follows:
