Abstract
Procédé destiné à réaliser des puits ramifiés et à maintenir une rentrée sélective dans des puits latéraux. Selon la présente invention, un premier puits (16) latéral est foré à partir d'un trou de forage primaire et un train de packers (22) pour tubage externe et un manchon récepteur (26) pour passage des packers sont introduits dans ledit puits. Une fois déterminée l'orientation du manchon récepteur (26), l'ancre (28) d'orientation d'un ensemble sifflet déviateur (50) récupérable est montée sur le réceptacle. Ensuite, un second puits latéral (72) peut être foré. Une fois le second puits latéral (72) foré, l'ensemble sifflet déviateur (50) peut être récupéré et remplacé par un ensemble tête à godet/déflecteur qui comporte également une ancre (99) d'orientation accouplée au manchon récepteur (26). A ce stade, un train de packers pour tubage externe (103) peut être introduit dans le second puits latéral (72) à travers l'ensemble tête à godet (92)/déflecteur (91). Finalement, un instrument (120) de rentrée sélective est introduit dans l'ensemble de tête à godet (92). Ledit instrument (120) comporte une palette de dérivation (184) destinée à sélectionner le premier (16) ou le second (72) puits latéral. La rentrée sélective est souhaitable en vue de pouvoir pratiquer des interventions sur les puits. L'instrument (120) de rentrée peut être actionné par un dispositif situé sur une colonne de tubes de forage à enroulement, qui peut être manipulé depuis la surface.
