Abstract

Séchoir à cylindres multiples d'une machine à papier comprenant une première rangée de cylindres, où la bande (W) soutenue par une première table plate de séchage (k1) se déplace sur les cylindres (1) de cette rangée de cylindres, et une deuxième rangée de cylindres, où la bande (W) soutenue par une deuxième table plate de séchage (k2) se déplace sur les cylindres (2) de cette deuxième rangée de cylindres. La première table plate (k1) se déplace à partir d'un cylindre (1) de la première rangée de cylindres jusqu'à un premier rouleau guide-toile (h1) et livre la bande (W), couchée sur le côté et orientée vers le cylindre (1), sur la deuxième table plate (k2) et, après s'être enroulée sur un deuxième rouleau guide-toile (h2), reprend encore, sur sa surface orientée vers le cylindre suivant (1), cette même bande (W) de la deuxième table plate (k2) qui se déplace à travers la deuxième rangée de cylindres. Une partie (a - c) s'étendant entre le cylindre du séchoir (1) et le premier rouleau guide-toile (h1) est fournie sur le côté libre de bande de la table plate avec une buse (s2) pour souffler de l'air dans la direction du déplacement de la table plate (k1) dans un intervalle entre la table plate et le premier rouleau guide-toile (h1) pour constituer un espace de plenum (n +) pour faciliter la libération de la bande (W).
