Description
~ ,~ ~, 2~ 12539 -~omualc~D. Candelarlo MEDICATED HERBAL LOTION - Per se The present invention consists of water, cetyl alcohol 95 % N.P., Emulgade CLB, Titanium Dioxide, Vitamin C or lime or lemon, sodium bicarbonate, camomile, lavender, ginger, acetic acid, olive oil, and urea U.S.P.
The present invention has a very important role in the skin because each ingredient has its own function:
1. WATER - This is needed in the skin in order to moisturise it and to remove the dirt materials that penetrate the skin. It serves as a solvent.
The present invention has a very important role in the skin because each ingredient has its own function:
1. WATER - This is needed in the skin in order to moisturise it and to remove the dirt materials that penetrate the skin. It serves as a solvent.
2. CETYL ALCOHOL - This serves as a fatty acid in the lotion. It is also one of the raw materials that formed lotion.
3. EMULGADE CLB - This is also one of the raw materials that formed a lotion.
4. TITANIUM DIOXIDE - This serves as a colorant of the chemical composition.
5. VITAMIN C, LIME or LEMON - This is an oxidation product of a hexose sugar.
6. SODIUM BICARBONATE - This serves as a preservative. It protects the skin from moulds and it regulates the acidity of Vitamin C.
7. UREA - This has an element of nitrogen and is one of the compounds used in the formation of Amino Acids.
8. CAMOMILE - This serves as a coating for the skin to protect it from the penetration of Ultra Violet rays to the skin.
9. LAVENDER - This serves as an essence of the chemical composition.
10. GINGER - This serves as a temperature regulator.
11. ACETIC ACID - This serves as a preservative to protect the solution from germs and bacteria. It is also one of the compounds to form Amino Acid.
12. OLIVE OIL - The skin needs oil to keep it fresh and healthy.
The present invention has a medicinal value because it cures skin cancer, itch, Fc7em~ skin disease, and burns.
The present invention protects the skin from the Ultra Violet rays of the sun.
The present invention protects the skin from dryness. Carbon dioxide makes the skin dry upon contact. During winter, the heat from heaters also makes the skin dry.
The present invention has an antioxidant. It oxidises toxic chemical compounds that contact the skin like benzene, carbon dioxide, toluene, and styrene.
The present invention protects the skin from fungus, bacteria, and moulds.
The present invention prevents skin cancer, allergies, and eçzem~ The chemical compound that gives skin cancer and eczema are benzene, herbicides, insecticides, detergents, carbon dioxide, toluene, raw materials of plastic products, and D.D.T.
The present invention makes the skin healthy and fresh.

BATCH PROCESS
Basis: 100 kilograms ofthe product Apparatus: Reactor, electrical motor, propeller, stirring rod, burner or steam boiler, pac~ging machine, plastic container, label, cartoons Chemical Compound: water, Emulgade CLB, Cetyl alcohol, Camomile, Lavender, Urea, Vitamin C, Lime or Lemon, Sodium Bicarbonate, Titanium Dioxide, Ginger, Acetic Acid, Olive Oil STEP IN PROCESS
Heat 2/3Of the water under 80 degrees Celsius and m~int~in the temperature at 80 degrees Celsius. Add emulgade and cetyl alcohol and let these dissolve by stirring continuously. After forming a lotion, add the rem~ining water little by little. Stop the heat or the steam supply.
Dissolve the urea and the acetic acid then add these. Add titani~lm dioxide, the ginger solution, olive oil, and the Vitamin C. After stirring for 10 minutes add sodium bicarbonate, the last compound to be added. Now this solution is ready for packaging.
RESULT:
The performance of the present invention is remarkable because I tested it myself. I had skin allergies which I got from working in chemical plants such as polystyrene, cosmetics, and paints. With the regular application in my skin it removed my skin allergies.
