Abstract

Film résistant à la corrosion et à faible coefficient de friction facilitant le transport automatique qui peut être formé sur la surface de l'acier étamé ou de l'aluminium, en particulier sur des boîtes D & I consituées par l'un de ces types de métal, en mettant en contact l'aluminium ou l'acier étamé avec une composition liquide aqueuse ayant un pH de 2,0 à 6,5 et contenant: (A) de 1 à 30 g/l d'ions phosphate, (b) de 0,1 à 10 g/l d'ions phosphate condensé et (C) de 0,1 à 20 g/l, sous forme de solides, d'un composant de résine hydrosoluble choisi parmi le groupe des résines, y compris des mélanges de résines, de la formule chimique générale (I) dans laquelle n est un nombre entier situé entre 10 et 80 inclus, X et Y sont choisis indépendamment parmi l'hydrogène ou un groupe "Z" de la formule ci-dessous, sous réserve qu'au moins 15 % du total de tous les groupes X et Y de ce composant de ladite composition soient Z plutôt que de l'hydrogène, et (II) dans laquelle R1 et R2 dans chacun des anneaux de phényle de la formule sont choisis indépendamment parmi le groupe formé des groupes alkyle contenant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone par groupe et des groupes hydroxyalkyle contenant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone par groupe.
