Abstract
Un système et un procédé de régulation adaptative d'écoulement de concentré dans un filtre comprennent un système filtrant (12), un système de pompage (14) entraînant un fluide d'alimentation, un concentré et un filtrat s'écoulant à travers le système filtrant (12) ainsi qu'un système de régulation d'écoulement (18) régulant le système de pompage (14) afin de maintenir des vitesses d'écoulement de filtrat optimales ou des vitesses d'écoulement d'alimentation minimales sur une surface de régulation (102) dans un espace tridimensionnel où sont enregistrés une pression transmembrane - une vitesse de fluide d'alimentation - une vitesse d'écoulement de filtrat. On utilise des données ponctuelles fonctionnelles de détection réelles afin de localiser la surface de régulation (102) de manière à assurer une vitesse d'écoulement de filtrat optimale ou une vitesse d'écoulement d'alimentation réduite au minimum auquel le blocage réversible de la membrane a commencé à se rpoduire sans blocage ou bouchage irréversible. On utilise avantageusement le système afin de réguler et de maximiser l'écoulement de de plasma dans un système de plasmaphérèse ou afin de réduire au minimum la vitesse à laquelle le sang est prélevé sur un donneur et introduit dans le système tout en parvenant à obtenir une vitesse fixe d'écoulement de plasma.
