Abstract

OF THE INVENTION Hydraulic brushcutter head with circular saw installed at the end of a mast. This invention consists of a brushcutter head for cutting brushwood and small trees. This head is installed at the end of the mast of a small excavator or other carrier having a hydraulically active mast. It is equipped with a circular saw activated by a motor whose operation comes from the hydraulic oil of the excavator or the carrier. The circular saw is protected with a metal star structure against the various obstacles in the forest.

Description

ME~IRE D CRIPTIF

ME ~ IRE D CRIPTIF
The present invention ~ e relates to a ~ util m ~ canique allowing the cutting of brush and small trees dicmeters lower than lC) cm.

~ a brush cut and small trees ac ~ te re ~ read 3usait now mainly by annual methods involving the chainsaw or the brushcutter. The coCpe mbcani ~ ee of these rods was made by large machines, farm tractors ~
e ~ tcavatrices using t ~ tes d ~ brDuss ~ illeuse6 de different types but generally ~ knife ~ :.

~ the big machines are unable to do a job quality in the C ~ 5 of plantation maintenance or of the lightning pr ~ c ~ mmerciale. Indeed, the size but especially the width e ~: cessive of these machines does does not allow to avoid breakage at residual ti ~ in the case of pre-commercial thinning and planted seedlings in CR5 of plantation maintenanceA

Claims (6)

1- A brushcutter head operating by the arrival hydraulic oil comprising a motor connected to a saw circular protected by a star protector. 2- A brushcutter head as defined in claim 1, the circular saw of which is protected by a star protector with a guard at the back protecting the operator and 7 branches in position star on top of the circular saw protecting it torsion, preventing the operator from cutting rods diameter greater than 10 cm and allowing to obtain a clean cut preventing small stems from bending when of the cup. 3- A brushcutting process using the protector starry to repel cut stems without risking damage the circular saw. 4- A brushcutter head as defined in claim 1, which attaches to the end of a mast of a small excavator or small carrier. 5- A brushcutter head as defined in claim 1, which by its reduced weight and its low hydraulic oil demand, allows the use of a small excavator or small carrier sufficiently narrow to circulate between the cleared trees in the case pre-commercial thinning and seedlings planted in the case of plantation maintenance. 6- A brushcutting process using the head brush cutter defined in claims 1, 2, 4 and 5 which allows for pre-commercial thinning or maintenance of plantations without damaging trees and seedlings cleared by the use of a small excavator or a small carrier.
