Abstract

Pastilleuse destinée a presser des morceaux compactes en forme de tige à partir d'un matériau pulvérulent, granulé et/ou pâteux. La pastilleuse comprend une filière (1) possédant un ou plusieurs cylindres (6) rotatifs coopérant avec elle dont chacun possède un axe (5) supporté de façon qu'il soit situé dans un plan qui traverse l'axe (3) de la filière (1). Un espace (9) est ménagé entre la filière (1) et le ou chaque cylindre (6). En outre, la pastilleuse comprend des moyens servant à amener le matériau devant être préssé jusqu'à le ou chaque espace (9), ainsi que des moyens d'entraînement servant à déplacer la filière (1) et le ou chaque cylindre (6) par rapport au matériau amené jusqu'à le ou chaque espace (9), tout ceci de telle façon que le matériau amené, lorsqu'il se déplace dans l'espace entre la filière et un cylindre, soit comprimé et pressé à travers les orifices (2), le support de la filière et/ou le ou chaque cylindre étant agencés de sorte que la hauteur de l'espace soit réglable, les moyens d'entraînement étant adaptés à entraîner la filière ainsi que le ou chaque cylindre, et la vitesse d'au moins la filière et le ou chaque cylindre étant indépendamment réglable.
