Abstract

Method and device for treating textile articles in the drum of a washing machine in which the articles are loaded into the drum together with a dispensing device containing detergent or like composition, the device having a permanently open filling and dispensing aperture and holes in the device through which wash liquor can enter but which are small enough to prevent the escape of the composition prior to the device being contacted by wash liquor.
