Abstract

Tank for a sterile, portable, self-contained shower, containing a tank body provided with an opening and contain-ing a washing liquid inside a sterile pocket connected with an outlet opening of the tank which is sealed by a removable plug, a cartridge with a propulsive compressed gas and means for releasing the compressed gas outside of the cartridge, characterized in that the single strerile pocket has the shape of an elongated sausage having a cross-section with approximately the same dimension as the dimension of an opening of the tank body and a length several times longer than the height of the tank body, which extends in a zig-zag pattern inside the tank and in that a tube-shaped element extends inside the pocket over a substantial length of same and is connected with an outlet opening of the packet which is in communication with the outlet orifice of the tank.
