Abstract
A compound which is a N-cycloalkylalkylamine of general formula (I):
(see Formula I) in which:
R1 is a furyl radical or a thienyl radical, or, with the proviso that Q represents a cyclopropane-1,2-diyl group (see Formula II) R1 is a phenyl radical, R2 is lower alkyl, R3 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, m has a value of 1 or 2, R4 is cycloalkyl -CH(CH2)n, in which n has values from 2 to 5, R5 is phenyl which can be monosubstituted, disubstituted or trisubstituted by halogens or by identical or different lower alkyl or alkoxy radicals, and R5 is thienyl, Q represents an ethylene-1,2-diyl group (-CH=CH-) or a cyclopropane-1,2-diyl group (see Formula III), and their salts additions with pharmaceutically acceptable acids.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of general formula (I) with the above definitions for the treatment of disturbances of a neurological type and/or psychic type, the dysfunctions of the gastro-intestinal tract, and/or gastric-duodenal ulcerations.
(see Formula I) in which:
