Abstract

A device for forming a transition bridge between two adjacent floor coverings of different heights is proposed, in which an end shank is molded onto an attachment shank to be installed under the floor covering of greater height, at an approximately right angle. This end shank is connected with a transition shank which is angled down from the horizontal at an angle of 20° - 45°
and supports itself. This device is a single-piece unitary construction with an attachment shank provided with passages, which are preferably less than 1.5 mm thick, and with a transition shank molded onto one side of the end shank. Shank has a contact section for the adjacent floor covering of lesser height, at its outer end.
