Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the toy block as shown in the drawings; the toy block presents a symmetrical generally hexagonal configuration in plan view with an identical curved recessed area along each side of the toy block; each curved recessed area presents a bridging element with a curved outer surface in elevation view which extends across the opening to the curved recessed area; the toy block also presents a generally flat top surface with a central circular opening and spaced-apart circular funnel-like depressions therein; the flat top surface also presents three identical radially extending equally spaced-apart rectangular slots therein that are alternately situated between pairs of parallel curved and spaced-apart generally identical raised elements spanning a radially extending slot in the top surface; the toy block also presents a bottom surface having a central annular depression therein concentric with the central circular opening; the bottom surface also presents six identical radially extending spoke-like raised areas situated between recessed flat surface areas each having a circular funnel-like depression therein; alternated spoke-like areas present identical radially extending rectangular slots therein aligned with the corresponding rectangular slots in the top surface; the remaining spoke-like arrears each presents an identical pair of parallel curved and spaced-apart generally identical raised elements spanning a radially extending slot aligned with the corresponding slots in the top surface; the bottom surface also presents a constant width narrow continuous peripheral raised area.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the design of the toy block, as viewed from the top side;Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the toy block, as viewed from the bottom side;Fig. 3 is a front view thereof;Fig. 4 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 5 is a back side view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right-hand side view thereof;Fig. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; andFig. 8 shows how the toy block is combined with another toy block as shown in stippled lines to assemble a toy;The stippled lines in Fig. 8 of the drawings do not form part of the present design.Diagrams of the design are included.
