Abstract

Un tuteur pour plants profilé de façon à pouvoir mettre la quantité d'attaches requises à la hauteur voulue et de tous les cotés du tuteur. Suite à ces inconv~ients 1eR plants sont mal attachés, se brisent ot il s'on suit dos pertes.
La facilité pour une personne d'attacher un plant au tuteur sans aido fait qu'il est d'un avantage presque indispensablo pour qu'uno planto soit bien attachée quand il lo faut ot o~ il lh faut.
Une fois le tutour onfoncé dans lo sol, il est tres fac~lo de sou-lovor la tige avec l'anneau d'une main et do l'accrocher dans le tuteur qu'on appui avec,l'autre main.
Autro avantage lorsquo fabriqué en profilé de plastiquo qui résiste aux élémonts, il lui donne une cortaine flexibilit~ qui correspond au mouvement d'une plante au vent, ce qui atténu les risquos de blesser les tiges de la plante.

Claims

The embodiments of the invention about which a exclusive property right or lien is claimed, are defined as follows:

1. A plant stake with a stake provided a cavity on at least one side of the stake, this cavity having a profile of constant shape along most of the length bit of this stake, and a tie to attach a plant to this stake, this fastener consisting of an open ring and spring, the ends of which can be inserted into said cavity and slide in it along the stake, said cavity having sides each provided with a rim which projects from the diagonal side rection of the rim on the other side and said ring being provided at its ends of hooks overturned projecting outside the ring and engaging said edges of said cavity to retain the ring open to said stake by pinching the ends of said open ring.

2. A plant stake with a stake having a cross section in the shape of an "X" defining four legs radially substantially at right angles to each other and defining between them four cavities opening on four sides of said stake, each leg having an outer edge in the shape of a head arrow to define for each side of each cavity a rim protruding inside the cavity, each cavity having a profile of constant shape and similar to that of the other three cavities along most of the length of said stake, and at least one tie to attach a plant to this stake, this fastener consisting of an open spring ring, said ring open being provided with protruding hooks at both ends towards the outside of the ring and being able to catch on said edges of either of said cavities and capable of sliding along either of said cavities to change its height under the action of the growth of the plant surrounded by said ring open.

3. A guardian as claimed in claims 1 or 2 in which said open ring is provided with ribs on its face external to prevent slipping when held between the thumb and a user's index.

4. A guardian as claimed in claims 1 or 2 in which one end of said stake forms a point.

5. A guardian as claimed in claims 1 or 2, wherein said stake and said fastener are made of synthetic resin.
