Abstract

BITUQUEIRO. Patent for specific garbage for cigarette butts which is comprised of two vertical PET's bottles (FIG. 5). The upper bottle also contains the concave part of an aluminum can, a strip of tape, and 1.24 mm single wire (FIGS. 2,3 and 4) to a top mount where the cigarettes are blown out and thrown into the window. Disposal This same part will be fixed with wires in possible places facing down pan. The lower bottle is cut into a cup shape and fits into the upper bottle so that the disposed butts are stored therein, thereby creating a reservoir of erased butts. The tank must be emptied into the trash after it has been fully or partially filled and fitted into the fixed upper part of the bumper after it has been emptied.

"BITUQUEIRO"

The present invention aims to serve as a garbage disposal for cigarette butts, which are often thrown to the ground. Aiming at raising awareness and cleaning up the city.

Trash is something that already exists in our society. Basically it is a plastic box put in strategic places by the government, for public use. However, there are few specifics for cigarettes, material that in the future can be used to create new materials.

The lack of garbage dumps, their maintenance and the lack of information causes people to throw their garbage in the street, and among the rubbish thrown are cigarette butts that harm our environment, clog wolves and sewage galleries contaminate water and soil and leave the city dirty and poorly presented.

As there is a huge number of smokers in the city of São Paulo, and a non-proportional number of trash bins, "O BITUQUEIRO", object of the present patent, was developed as a "trash bin" made entirely of recyclable material, mainly aiming at awareness that small waste also causes major damage. Once you have the notion that cigarette butts should be thrown in their proper place, they will make it a habit to throw larger objects in their place.

"BITUQUEIRO" is easy to maintain, and if there is any act of vandalism, will not generate relevant problem, because besides being made with easily obtainable material, the material of the destroyed bituqueiros can be reused.

According to the figures listed above, the patent holder, the present object of the patent, consists of two PET-branded bottles, the concave part of an aluminum can, a strip of tape, 30 gr of sand and single wire. 1.24 mm. 4 cm are cut from the top and bottom of one of the PET bottles and the bottom of the bottle is snapped upside down and taped to the downwardly facing bottle (FIGURE 1). In this same bottle, a rectangular window of 8 cm (height) by 10 cm (width) is made, where the already erased cigarette butts are thrown (FIGURE 1).

With the bottle facing down, which was once its bottom, it faces upwards. Where is placed the concave bottom of an aluminum can (FIGURES 3 and 4) attached with 1.24 mm wire (FIGURE 2). This upper part of the burner serves to extinguish the cigarette before discarding it in the window and has holes for draining the accumulated ash (FIGURES 6 and 7). At the height of the window 4 holes of 2 mm are drilled where two strips of wire attach the upper part of the stick in the desired place (FIGURE 2).

The design remains upright as shown in FIG. 5, supported on some base, and attached to posts / bus stops, etc. In FIG. 2, is shown the concave aluminum part fixed with wire on the upper part of the bumper, and being an aluminum object, is where the cigarette should be put out. Cleaning the reservoir, FIG. 9, is made after full or partial filling, just undocking FIG. 9 of FIG. 1, discarding the trash contained therein and re-fitting it. The butt reservoir is not attached with wire to facilitate its removal at the time of emptying it, but it is well fixed by having a support on its bottom horizontally (FIGS. 10 and 11) and being fitted at the top of the bituqueiro in the wider region of the bottle (FIG. 5).

1.BITUQUEIRO "comprised of two PET'S bottles, one of them being the upper part of the present patent design (FIG. 1). 4 cm is cut from the top and bottom of one of the PET's bottles and the bottom of the bottle is snapped upside down and taped to the downwardly facing bottle (FIG. 1). This upper part is also composed of an ashtray made with the concave part of an aluminum can, attached with wire to the plastic bottom of the first bottle (FIG. 2), is accessible to the smoking population, because it is at the top of the project, for easy use by the smoker.
