Abstract

ËRTESE DE ARTICULAçãO DO JOELHO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma ártese de articulação do joelho para a guia da patela de um paciente durante passagem de uma posição estendida para uma posição dobrada da articulação do joelho e o contrário, com um dispositivo de fixação (1) para a fixação em uma coxa e em uma perna, com, pelo menos, um elemento de estabilização disposto lateralmente, que recebe uma flexão da articulação do joelho, para a colocação na coxa e na perna, e com um elemento de guia (6) de forma estável que pode ser retido na posição através de uma disposição de parede de tensão que para a colocação lateral está disposto na patela por meio de uma parte de base (7) lateral, do qual ressaltos (8) orientados para a direção medial se estendem na direção proximal e distal da patela, e estão fixadas na ártese, com seções de fita (10, 12), na área da coxa e da perna, de tal modo que, é exercida uma tração medial sobre os ressaltos (8), uma guia segura da patela sem uma pressão orientada sobre o lado superior da patela é tornada possível, pelo fato de que as seções de fita (10, 12) são executadas com uma elasticidade, de tal modo que com a parte de base (7) está ligada uma fita elástica (19) estendida lateralmente, que permite um deslocamento lateral da parte de base (7), cuja elasticidade é maior que a elasticidade das seções de fita (10, 12) e pelo fato de que são escolhidas as elasticidades das seções de fita (10, 12) estendidas na direção medial, por um lado, e a fita (19) estendida lateralmente, por outro lado, de tal modo que, no caso de uma flexão da articulação (14) da posição estendida, em primeiro lugar, pelo menos, de modo bem preponderante, a fita (19) estendida lateralmente se dilata, e pelo fato de que está previsto um limite de dilatação (23) para a fita (19) estendida lateralmente, que é efetivo com um ângulo limite de flexão especificado da articulação do joelho, de tal modo que, para uma flexão maior da articulação do joelho (14) as seções de fita (10, 12) estendidas na direção medial se dilatam, pelo menos, preponderantemente.
