Abstract

BABY CHAIR / BATHTUB Patent for the feeding table and baby bath comprised of a container used both vertically and horizontally adjustable depending on the function being performed. Invention supported by four constant folding rods (C) on which are clips (17 and 18) responsible for adjusting the model. Attached to it is the board (A) which simultaneously performs the function of table (when feeding FIG. 2) and object holder (when bathing) which has a cavity (4) respectively for the bottle holder and shampoo holder, as the activity performed. The main object of the present patent is the joining of several items of extreme need: feeding table (FIG. 1), bathtub (FIG. 6), chair for transportation in the vehicle (FIG. 9), basket (FIG. 10), bicycle transport chair (FIG. 11), stroller (FIG. 12), or, all in one element. may come with accessory items and supports. The support (E) is part of the present patent, constituting a safety item based on springs and a pivot of rotation that can be accessory to the baby carrier in the vehicle (or any other seat used for this purpose). This patent is also characterized by its practicality, convenience and efficiency since they are foldable objects that can be transported while traveling.

Description

DRINK CHAIR / BATH

The present invention is intended simultaneously for the baby bath and feeding aid. This multifunctional systematic construction alters the concepts of baby's highchair and bathtub already existing in the market, showing greater practicality and efficiency in the activities involved.

Nowadays adults need to feed and bathe babies in a comfortable and suitable place for both. The baby's meal is offered in a tall, upright chair that wraps around his body, allowing him to feed. The bathtub has its horizontal format, usually needing a support where it is placed for the baby bath. Multifunctionality makes the invention entirely efficient, bringing greater convenience to such activities, saving space, time and money.

Both the car seat and the baby bath quickly lose their usefulness as babies grow up quickly and so people find themselves surrounded by useless objects and furniture.

Another problem is the difficulty of fitting this specific furniture in domestic places and also the difficulty of cleaning them, and those responsible for cleaning each item and objects separately. This entails an unnecessary time demand, because with the novelty presented, instead of cleaning the chair, the bathtub and then the baby, it is possible to do all this at the same time.

All this highlights the need for grouping of functions, increasing efficiency and practicality through a totally innovative system, which facilitates cleaning avoiding rework. Furniture preservation is favored by a multipurpose material and storage is facilitated as there are now several unified furniture. The materials used in the construction of this innovative item make it possible to use both when feeding the baby and when bathing, in order to facilitate cleaning and bring greater convenience when in preference for this new product. Such materials may be plastics (item A: 1, 2.5 and 6; item B: 7,10,11 and 13 and item C: 14,15,16,17,18,19,21,22, 23) aluminum (in item A: 1 and 3; in item C: 16,17,18,21 and 22) and fabric (in item B: 8, 9 and 12; in item C: 20), for example, or some other depending on the convenience to the user.

FIG. 12 Format Baby Stroller. It is an invention (FIG. 1 and FIG. 8) whose main feature is the multiplicity resulting from the combination of four rods (C) holding the main base (B). Among the chair mode accessories for baby feeding are:

• The seat belt (12): made of elastic material to assist in the transformation of the bath table.

• The backrest (8): made of non-slip material.

• The cushion (9): made of padded material, which can be easily removed as an optional item.

• The net (20): located on the rod (C) for storing baby accessories.

• The table (A) with bottle holders (4), all to provide comfort and safety for the baby at the moment of feeding.

The table (A), as well as the chair (B), is completely adjustable to the size and weight of the baby. It is adjusted both in height by the clip (18) which is fitted with small cavities in the bracket (3) and in depth by the regulator (2). Such actions are verified in FIG 5.6. The entire system of the bathtub chair consists of small clips (17 and 18) where the adult can make adjustments without compromising the safety for the baby.

For transformation in the bath mode (FIG. 5), the safety clip (18) is released, the table is raised (FIG. 52), the pillow is removed (FIG. 6.2), both are unlocked. the side clips (17 and 18) tilt to the position and angle comfortable for the baby (FIGS. 5.3 and 5.7), lock the same clips and fill the container (13) with water to their capacity.

Such a transformation is only possible by the system surrounding the spinning disk 14 and the trapped disk 15 as seen in FIG. 4.2 and FIG. 4.4. When we release the clip (17) we can lay the main base or put it in chair mode (FIG. 8).

The bathtub mode is supported by the same four rods (C) interconnected to the main base (B). There is a male snap rail (7) on the main base (B) and a female snap rail (24) on the rods (C), both secured by the lock (17). In this bathtub mode the baby has the aid of the non-slip backrest (8) avoiding slipping or drowning. There is also a small hatch (10) at the bottom of the bathtub through which the water drains.

The table in the previous mode is now used to assist the adult in the baby's bath (FIG. 6.3), where the baby's objects can be placed with the same cavity (4) now being used as a shampoo / conditioner holder.

In FIG. 7.1 there is removal of the main base (B) from the stem (C) by loosening the clip (17) for cleaning the component or even for bathing elsewhere, in which case the support (11) has the function of leveling the base (B) and give the procedure safety and stability (FIG. 7.2). In addition to all the proposed convenience, by adding wheels to the invention it is possible to make it even more practical as set forth in FIG. 12, when the chair is in its car mode for baby ride. Here safety locks may be added as shown in FIG. 12.1

In FIG. 09 is shown the seat for carrying the baby in the vehicle represented by (D). The main base (B) is placed on the support (E). This bracket can be used on any other type of baby carriage seat in the vehicle and has any shape or size. What makes the bracket (E) innovative are the spring-loaded devices (FIG. 9.7) that increase child seat safety in the vehicle. In FIG. 9.8 the pivot of rotation can be observed where, if any vehicle collision occurs (D), there is a drastic reduction of the gravitational force, thus softening the impact to the child through a rotation movement. 9.3 demonstrates the set of seat for carriage in the vehicle with seat belts for the baby. The chair may further be used by engaging the bicycle as in FIG. 11

In FIG. 10 the chair gains the accessory (F) and is transformed into a chair to carry the baby holding the support strap.

In FIG. 12 is shown the stroller-shaped chair where casters (G) are placed on the folding rod (H) which can be used and stored while traveling. Like the entire system, it is also collapsible. In FIG. 12.1 You will see the required security lock in trolley mode.

Claims (9)

BABY CHAIR / BATH 1.) BABY CHAIR refers to a container intended not only for a baby's bath (such as a bathtub) or for meals (such as a highchair), both already on the market. Among other uses can be to accommodate the baby in the vehicle, on the bike, as a stroller or a basket to carry it in hand. All previous utilities are known in the market, but the item object of this patent is characterized by acquiring multiple features through converter systems and accessories hence the innovation. (FIG.4 and FIG.8) 2.) With an additional support, the chair / tub / stroller can also serve as a chair to carry the child safely in the car by simply removing the chair with the cushion from the set and securing it to the support (E). on the vehicle (FIG. 09). 3.)
