Abstract
MÉTODO PARA FAZER UM MICROORGANISMO GENETICAMENTE MODIFICADO, MICROORGANISMO E SISTEMA DE CULTURA. A presente invenção se refere a métodos, sistemas e composições, incluindo microorganismos geneticamente modificados, direcionados a obter redução de conversão microbiana de ácido 3-hidroxipropiônico (3-HP) para aldeídos de 3-HP. Em várias concretizações isto é obtido é obtido pela interrupção de genes particulares de aldeído desidrogenases, incluindo múltiplas deleções de genes. Entre os ácidos nucléicos específicos deletados em que a desejada redução de conversão é obtida estão aldA, aldB, puuC e usg do microorganismo E. Coli geneticamente modificado.
