Abstract
PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE GABINETE DE REFRIGERADOR, PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE REFRIGERADOR E LINHA DE PRODUçãO DE UM GABINETE A presente invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de gabinete de refrige- rador, que compreende, basicamente, formar um longo perfil U de chapa de aço, chapa de plástico e poliuretano entre as ditas chapas, e, posteriormente, cortar o dito perfil nos comprimentos requeridos. A invenção se refere ainda a um processo de produção de um refrigerador utilizando o gabinete de acordo com a invenção, assim como a uma linha de produção do gabinete, linha esta que compreende uma extrusora de plástico (1), um equipamento de conformação e resfriamento de perfil (4), uma câmara de pintura (5) e um dispositivo de corte (6), dispos- tos um após o outro.REFRIGERATOR CABINET MANUFACTURING PROCESS, REFRIGERATOR MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND PRODUCTION LINE OF A CABINET The present invention relates to a process of manufacturing a refrigerator cabinet, which basically comprises forming a long U profile of sheet metal steel, plastic sheet and polyurethane between said sheets, and then cut said profile to the required lengths.
