Abstract

VÁLVULA DE OBTURAÇÃO E PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR ESSA VÁLVULA. Válvula de obturação de elemento de distribuição de produto fluido (4), a válvula compreendendo um corpo de base sensivelmente rígido (2) e uma membrana elasticamente deformável (3), o corpo e a membrana sendo realizados com materiais quimicamente compatíveis, de modo que o material da membrana adere ao material do corpo, o corpo definindo uma zona de fixação (24) e uma zona de passagem de produto fluido (25), caracterizado pelo fato de a membrana (3) aderir à zona de fixação (24) e se estende sobre a zona de passagem (25), a zona de passagem compreendendo uma interface que é solidária à zona de passagem, mas que não adere à membrana, de maneira a definir um canal de saída (1) de produto fluido entre a interface e a membrana em presença de produto fluido sob pressão.
