Abstract
ELEMENTO DE VEDAÇÃO, MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM ELEMENTO DE VEDAÇÃO E MÉTODO PARA VEDAR UM SISTEMA DE RETENÇÃO DE PRESSÃO. A presente invenção proporciona uma vedação, compreendendo um compósito elastomérico, dito compósito compreendendo um polímero elastomérico e um agente de carga de expansão térmica negativa (NTE), o agente de carga de NTE tendo um coeficiente de expansão térmica (CTE) inferiorao valor de -6x10-6 K-1, dentro de uma faixa de temperatura de 220-293 K, estando presente numa quantidade de 0,01-50% em volume, baseado no volume total do compósito elastomérico à temperatura de 20°C.
